Retrofit project of dryer
RPM Brasil has technology for retrofit projects for all types of spray dryers, regardless of the manufacturer, in order to achieve the performance desired by the customer, such as increasing evaporative capacity, suitability for the operation of specific products, reducing emissions, operational control improvements, among others. Our goal is to make the equipment meet 100% of the requirements desired by customers.
DESIGN OF CONVERSION OF SPRAY DRIERS TO SPRAY NOZZLES
Complete design for the conversion of dryers with atomizer disc to the sprinkler system, allowing the increase of the evaporative capacity of the dryer through the exchange of its peripherals, as well as the possibility of drying solutions with higher solids content (increase in hourly output). Another advantage is the possibility of drying products with high contents of sugars, fats and proteins with higher yield in relation to the atomizer disc. In relation to maintenance, maintenance of the atomizer head is eliminated.
Dryer projects
RPM Brazil provides the cyclones, air diffuser, atomization system, specification of peripherals, supplier list (fans, burners, heaters, pumps, etc.) and the project managers drawings for manufacture and assembly. In this mode, our customers can save 25-30% of the total project costs, since it avoids re-taxation of parts and services that are sub-contracted by RPM Brazil in turnkey mode. If the customer has work management conditions this is the best option. If the client does not have this condition, RPM BRAZIL provides in turn key mode.
